Never Ever buy from this place. 1. Geek Squad will take your computer and you'll be lucky to get it back 3 weeks later after being told it will only be a few hours. 2. They never answer the phone. 3. They never update the so called 'Status Tracking' 8 days after my computer was dropped off, status still shows 'Checked I'm. WTF are they doing with it? Loading it with some kind of Spyware? I went to your store on 11/30 to purchase a gift for my spouse for Christmas. The item was not in that the best buy associate recommended for my spouses phone. He encouraged me to get this item and swore that my spouse would not get the email of purchase. Left the store. Within 15 minutes, I get a text from my spouse, not only asking me about a purchase at best buy but then realizing that I had purchased the wrong item. When seeking assistance with a printer issue I began talking with a manager by the name of Justin back in computers. He was condescending and demeaning and his customer service skills were clearly not there. Instead of going back-and-forth arguing with someone who appears to be a narcissist, I walked off. To my surprise one of the employees followed and offered to help me. Upon leaving the store I spoke with customer service and explained my run in with Justin in the back. I will never shop at best buy again . purchased a 1000.00 computer and the best geek squad protection plan and had to already take it in for a repair which happens yes but we were told we would have it back in a week or two it has now been two weeks we went in to see what was going on and nobody knows where the computer is we have been trying to resolve the issue with no satisfaction. all we are told is well we have to wait until so and so gets back to us . the manager of the store barely even spoke to us. we tried getting i... read more

Sold my preorder of 2k20 and told me I should’ve been there for the midnight release even though I work nights. Customer service was terrible. Never preorder from here unless u want an excuse as to why they don’t have your game that u paid for in full. Smh.
