My dash was damaged during the install of a radio and my hazard button falls into the dash. Weeks turned into months and the installation rep, the store, and their insurance company, Sedgwick, are not responding to emails after telling me they were going to replace the part. Management changes have made it difficult to get any progress. When Sedgwick (insurance company for Best Buy) was responding, they said they were also waiting on the store.😩
Terrible customer service. I walked in and wasn’t offered assistance at all. I asked for help to find an iPad screen protector, picked one out and went to their service desk to have it installed. They pulled me out of line to have the people in the back do it. I waited 30 min while 5-6 other guests were served. When I told them I would need to leave soon they tried giving me the iPad with the screen protector full of dust and bubbled. They told me that was the finished product. They are definitely corporate ran. Bad customer service, bad customer care and no sympathy when you have product issues. They will give you the run around as much as possible until you go away. All they want is your money and don't want to honor the services they have sold you.
They don’t take care of their customers. Will never spend another dollar from this place. Very disappointed. Even the sales employee agreed they should of made a exception for my situation. But all the supervisor cared about was policy... oh well Best Buy your loss.
I went to buy a TV to upgrade to 4K and the TV that the salesperson recommended is really the top of the line at a really good price I did the research and it turns out that the 4K was the best that you can get for the Xbox one X
Answer your phone!! And learn how to put screen protectors on iPads. Terrible!!!!
I always have a hard time finding a salesperson to wait on me! I asked the man at front desk to find someone to wait on me! I stood there for 10 minutes before I went looking for someone. When I did get a salesperson he was nice and helpful. Store was not that busy to be ignored for that length of time. This is one time to many!
