Hey Best buy if your phones ringing why don't you answer it? Called 2 different departments and stayed on line for over 5 mins a time and nobody answers that's pretty shitty service.

Ive been buying things from best buy for years and never had a problem! But, now im so furious i will NEVER purchase anything from there again! I preordered the new xbox Aug 21 and went to pick it up Nov 7, i was told it was there but was not allowed to have it. I have called customer service 4 times, went to the actually store 3 times with NO results...i asked my my cash back or my product and i have neither...they are rude and i get a different story everytime i go in or call! great store BUT,, The customer service needs lots of fixing!. I called to ask about a trade-in product, and I had to stay on the line for FORTY-SEVEN MINUTES before your representative answered!
John the manager accused me of cracking a TV that I just opened. Because there was no damage on the box he assumed the damage I did when I took it out of the box but he was willing to help me out. He did help me up I give me a total refund so I can go someplace else because he accused a customer of damaging a product Typical customer service of Best Buy
Don't try and work here you'll hate it. Take it from someone who worked here for two years and has worked at a multitude of better places (basically anywhere is better) since. You're welcome.
