Please don't not buy appliances from here . This is the worst Best Buy experience . I called 6 times and no one can't figure out why my order was not received or shipped to me. I just went to the Salisbury, MD best buy to purchase a new television and possibly a sound bar. I got to the store a few minutes after opening. the few customers were being ignored while the workers texted on their cell phones and talked among themselves. 10 minutes late for a geek squad appointment to get my screen fixed on my iPhone toting a new born and they showed no mercy. They gave away my slot and told me I’d have to wait 6.5 hrs for the next opening. What a bunch of jokers.
PATHETIC customer service. have spent an hour and half on hold with the Salisbury store and STILL... no one has picked up!!!
