I waited over a half hour just trying to get ahold of someone there and still never got help. What’s the point of having a store when no one answers the phone?
I received my best buy credit card statement in the mail this week. There was a charge on there from 06/21 Geek Squad Renew for $201.79, I never authorized this charge. When I called to have it taken off my bill they told me I would only get a pro-rated credit for $184.97 because it was over 30 days. I was never informed of this information. Took back “Air Fryer”, they wouldn’t return. Used only once, didn’t like it. They only have 15 day return policy, we had 17 days. Won’t be shopping there anymore.☹️☹️☹️
