I'm very disappointed in Best Buy. I went to the Geek Squad counter today with a laptop that had a problem. It took the Geek Squad member less than two minutes to fix my issue that he said was caused by the new Windows 10 update. Then he told me the cost was $199.99 for fixing it. He told me Best Buy's Geek Squad was making "millions" off of the havoc caused by the new Windows 10 update. I have purchased 5 laptops, several printers, and several IPads from Best Buy and I am now rethinking my doing business with Best Buy again... read more

I just spent $1800 and can't get anybody to pick up a phone. Just the automated service. I really don't like the bullshit automated service. This store needs a direct line no excuses!

Will not answer the phone have been calling for three days. Went into the store and could not get help. It was not crowded but I just got ignored.

All sale no service. 20 minute hold time at he store just to be transferred to a call center. Rude female at the "geek call center" tried to Disconnect with me when I asked for her supervisor. Been waiting two hours for a callback. My refrigerator ice maker went out after just 3 months. Glad I spent the EXTRA $200 on the extended warranty because the product sure wasn't worth the money. Total runaround. Best Buy you earned this one.
