Bought a gas dryer from Best Buy over a week ago. They installed it today. Thought everything was fine until I smelled gas.... they installed my dryer and didn’t replaced the gas line... the kit that was purchased when the dryer was purchased CAME WITH THE LINE. I had to call my gas company that confirmed that I had a gas leak! Called Best Buy to get this taken care of and they said they were going to call the people who installed the dryer and call me back and they never called back. RecommendedWe stood in line for Black Friday and the employee that came out to talk to us soooo helpful. She was extremely nice and told us where to go when we got inside. We were in and out in literally 5 mins on Black Friday !!! Loved it !!!

I took my 5 year old Mac into have it fixed by Geek Squad and they fixed it very quickly (less than 2 days) and now it runs like it is brand new. My only complaint (but not really a complaint?) is that it was $300 for the whole thing. I understand you guys don't make the price, and I know I am expected to pay for services. But maybe setting up a payment plan for future customers (especially the ones who are in college!). Other than that, I thank you guys very much for your help!!!
