RecommendedWent in today to get a HD Antenna that was on sale yesterday for $30 off. Turns out it was only for yesterday... explained the situation to the rep and he was able get me the price from yesterday. It would have been extremely disappointing to miss this by such a short window. Great customer service!
The store itself is fine. The sad excuse of an experience that I had with the Geek Squad for the last two days is unacceptable. You need to work on your communication with the companies you third party with. I was told that I was going to get a replacement during the whole encounter, but at the last second, I was told "my phone was randomly flagged & that we do not do loaner phones, for these reasons go to our local At&t store for a loaner". Don't lie to the customer to make a dollar. Went in store to buy some ram for my laptop. Best Buy here only has 1 of each type of ram. So I look on Amazon and find the same exact ram, same exact price and next day delivery. So when I get to checkout, salesman ask, did I need him to order the other for delivery to my house. Purchased radio told salesman I looking for something that would work in a hospital. He told me if it didn’t work to bring it back, I said we are 60 miles away he said that’s ok as long as you bring it back in 30 days. Didn’t work returned it with no problem. Does not honor their price match guarantee. I went in to buy a otr microwave,the same one Home Depot has. Same exact model number. Had pics of microwave and price with model number on it that was time stamped 15 minutes earlier,and would not match their price because they couldn’t find it online. when their price match guarantee,states that they will match in-store prices. Went to Lowe’s and they price matched it without question. Just goes to show you how they treat loyal customers.
