You have a ton of people working but not a lot of people helping your customers. Three people standing in the the front of the store talking—-I assume they were greeters? No one said anything when we entered the store. My husband and I searched for what we were looking for, for at least 30 minutes and No one asked if we needed any help. I bought the 5 year extended warranty on our 55 inch tv. On Sunday June 3 it was struck by lightening. Called June 4 to see what I needed to do to get replacement tv. The woman answering phone said she would order 2 parts and parts would arrive in a few days and we had to wait till June 13 till someone could come “fix” it. A nice guy did come, tried to repair it with the main “part “ but of course he couldn’t. Very crappy customer service!!! We have been calling about the new NES system and when they were getting a shipment in and asked them if we needed to be there early or anything and they told us no to just come when they open. According to the gentleman we talked to, who was also very very rude, they handed out tickets to get them the night before. I just love the people there all of them are so helpful especially a certain lady who checked me out with my Final Fantasy XV deluxe edition!
