Absolutely the WORST customer service ever!!! I have been to many Best Buy stores but this was by far the worst. Tyler (cashier) and the store manager Derrick can benefit from a customer service course or two. Running this store the way you do will run Best Buy (Spanish Fort, Alabama location) in the ground and ruin your brand!!!!! Racist to say the least and should be reported to the Attorney General!

Wr purchased a new washer & dryer here. Then a few months later, all New Kitchen appliances- fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. We bought the geek squad too. After a week of trying to get a repair on the stove, the dishwasher is now not working. After a few more days of waiting on the phone for EVER, we got someone. She said call the NUMBER BACK WE HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR DAYS!!! So we drove to the location we purchased and they want us to call. 1 star is too many. Last week I bought a washer and dryer online, and paid for it to be delivered and installed today. I received a text confirming my delivery & installation for October 15th 7 AM-1 PM. No one showed. I tried contacting Best Buy and Geek Squad for FIVE HOURS with no answers, or calls resulting in them hanging up on me (and no call back!) I would have understood if for some reason they could not deliver my order, but I was never contacted regarding the issue. I'm absolutely shocked at how hard it was to get a... read more

When guy delivered my range and it was below counter I was told to hire a handy man when all he had to do was adjust the feet on stove Stay on phone for over 5 hours while being shuffled from one person to another. Finally got an appointment for Michael to come on 9-9-2020 at 1035. Today is 9-10-2020 and no one has shown up. Been shuffled around on the phone and still on hold. Call center is a nightmare and so is their Geek squad

For some reason Best Buy is getting worse and worse as a company!! First they tell you they will price match a product then after 35 minutes of waiting for them to find it they always find a reason not to honor the price match or there word that’s why I think I have given up on Best Buy all together. And I forgot to mention the product I was price matching was the price from the manufacturer own website. Not some fly by night company

Terrible customer service. Went in today looking for two items. I was the only customer in the store and I could not find my items or any associates. I found them all at the customer service desk. There were 5 or 6 of them there. Finally one acknowledged me and I told her that I could not find the first item. She told me that was —— department then I asked about the second item and she said it was in the computer department. Six employees were not willing to show me where the products were so I left. Allow your customers to pick up their orders ordered online when your system "is down". I could not collect something I have already paid for. Also, tried to call several days later to see if they were back up - multiple calls, no answer

Employees refused to assist us and instead stood around talking and laughing. Six of them. I’m not saying don’t have fun at work but do it after helping your customers.
