I needed to stop in and get one last "big" gift today but had our 10 year old son with me. One of your employees (I didn't get his name unfortunately.) went and got the present after I showed him a picture of it. He took it to the register and let the cashiers know they were being Santa's elves so our son couldn't see the gift. Thanks for having employees who went out of their way to help us on a busy day.
Your store would have gotten a half a star but that wasn't an option! Bought a Wii U console online and paid for it went to pick it up, they said sorry we're sold out, no explanation why they just said that's been sold out for awhile, when asked why their location said they had three available, young Zac and his people skills said he didn't know!!!! My delivery did not show up on the day it was supposed to even after they confirmed it the night before. I called the warehouse and the store they told me call back tomorrow nothing they can do today. So more of my time wasted and they just told me today they are overwhelmed with Black Friday and cyber Monday sales. Not your customers problem!
The store manager at this store has been very helpful to me before. He helped our daughter with a credit application yesterday then Tim in mobile phones gave her outstanding customer service in her purchase of an IPhone 7 on our Verizon account. I highly recommend this store
I stopped here to buy the mini NES yesterday and while I'm satisfied with the product they were out of the regular controllers. Instead I bought the curve game pad, which does not work with the mini NES. It's been put out to all the distributors that it wouldn't work but it was sold to me without blinking assuring me it would work. I live in Louisville Kentucky so returning it to the store will be a nightmare. Wish someone could have told me it wouldn't work.
