Just made a purchase there this past Friday. It had been awhile since I have been in there let alone make a purchase but I found what I was looking for and I absolutely love my purchase which was a pink iPod touch! �
I was told to come here to get my laptop fixed by a customer service rep online and when I came into the store they told they couldn't fix it and couldn't send it off due to the age of it.

BOYCOTT BEST BUY: They active your free anti virus (from new computer purchase) when I was told by TWO sales people it started at the time of purchase. I have more than 6 months left on my current anti-virus. So you don't get nothing FREE. Easy, return to it and buy one at Micro Center!
