purchased a tv online, the screen was damaged. I spent 3 hours on the phone the first day trying to exchange but at closing I was put on hold until the phone hung up. I called again this morning to be given the run around. absolutely done with best buy.

The 15 day return policy is unreasonably short. I would never recommend purchasing anything, especially gifts from Best Buy because by the time the birthday or whatever comes and the person opens their gift to discover it is a duplicate, fifteen days might have passed (if you like to, I don't know.... plan ahead!). Best Buy will absolutely refuse to do anything to help you if you purchase a gift and try to return it outside the 15 day window. Even if it a working item that is resellable. Had geek squad hook up a Best Buy remote start and when Jason the tech wired it in it activates my amp which causes the sub to search for signal making it hit constantly. So the remote start that geek squad just hooked up can’t be used because it will damage the amp/sub

Lack of attention, received no assistance the entire time in store, no one to answer questions or assist with purchase (getting merchandise out of a locked case). I wound up leaving empty handed,

We just bought a tv on Oct. 18 and it said regular price was $1099.99 with $200 off. Today we get the bill and it comes to $958.46. Today's ad says regular price is $999.99 and it's on sale for $747.99. So in one month the regular price went down $100 and although I know it's Black Friday, I would've been happy with $200 off of $999.99, which would be $799.99 plus tax, but to have to pay $958.46 and just getting the first bill today, is a big ripoff. I will never shop Best Buy again.

CAME out of the "Dark Ages" & bought a "Roku, Sharp Smart TV" July 4th. AFTER 1 1/2 weeks......(& talking to a "Geek Squad" that belittles Senior Citizens).....Ready to RETURN it through the Front Doors of Best Buy with a Catapult ...!!! Or, (if I'd be able to afford it) use it as TARGET Practise at the closest range. Unfortunately don't own or use guns. :( What a shitty experience. Getting "Off Wire" means a bunch of lies, no cable & 13 channels............no longer able to watch Channel 12.
