Took my computer in to be fixed and this best buy had NOBODY IN THE STORE TO FIX IT ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY OR MONDAY, they also don't answer the phone at the Geek squad desk. I recommend you use the Montgomeryville store and not this Willow Grove Store. WG Store has one of the rudest Geek dept. Managers I have ever met. I might add other nearby stores have had complaints about this person also. Even headquarters got no answer when they called.
