I wish I could give customer service less stars My $700 dishwasher was missing a part Basically they credit me the amount for the part and told me to go order it myself A company as big as Best Buy and they can't order parts for incomplete merch? Really?
While it is not all on the store, BB customer service sucks. in a single order I have had to walk them though their own protocols to get anything done, spent HOURS as in over 16 of them on hold/hangups. it was so bad that I was on hold while I drove from Philadelphia to the willow grove store and back home again before I finally hung up on their "customer service": Store manager promised to have the issues escalated, with me as a carbon copy.... no response.... called back with a new issue and was told they cant do anything.... read more
Rude, lazy staff. Sales associates that would rather make a quick sale than actually help. Kyle likes to condescend customers and laugh at their difficulties. Best Buy can do better as a company.
One salesman on the floor for the whole store, and even he disappeared. I was ready to drop a grand on a new computer today, but I got tired of waiting and left. I won't be back.
We were the only one in line and it took them an hour to upgrade a phone. They kept making mistakes and had no respect for the fact that my daughter had a dirty diaper and needed a nap and they kept us in there all day.
