On 9/6 I purchased an Xbox elite controller as an open box. I "received it" 9/9. It was actually delivered to the wrong address first and I didn't get it until after that. I gave it to my son last night for his birthday and the right trigger doesn't work. It already had a profile in it which means that someone set it up, broke it and returned it. Best Buy customer service blows! No call backs and wait 45 minutes on hold to be disconnected several times!! How about you staff enough people to handle your customers.
Great people and great stuff
They take your money and give you products that fall apart in weeks, then they refuse to refund your money. They only want to give you a gift card from their store, so they can still get your money even when they did not provide good service
