Our family purchased a computer from this store at Christmas 2015, we purchased the extended warranty and the clerk somehow mistakened that for a game pack. So now that my mother's 15 month old Dell is now an oversized paperweight because the machine shut down for no reason (yes, she had firewalls installed), your store did absolutely nothing to help her or rectify your mistake. Your employees were rude to her and several other customers.
Let me start by saying my husband has been a loyal best buy customer for years. Our washer machine died and we needed to buy another. We have two small children and we absolutely need a washer. We went into the store and explained to the sales person that we are on a strict budget and we didn't need anything fancy. He sold us a $280 washer, told us it would be delivered 2 days later and we went on our way. The day it was supposed to be delivered no phone call, no time window ...Continue Reading
Stock more products or advertise how many you have before people waste time standing in line
Best Buy has really gone down the tubes. Bought a Bosch dishwasher 2 weeks ago. Three missed install appointments with NO phone calls. Finger-pointing between Best Buy and their third-party installers. Excuse after excuse. Time taken off work and lost income. They admitted their installers are terrible and referred us to some Joe Blow from Kokomo off the street who would do the install for $100. Seriously! The help desk knows nothing. Only 1 person in computers and the other help were just as ignorant to basic computer information
