This pickup is ridiculous. The parking lot is full with people tailgating. People here for hours at a time. Might want to get a couple more employees on pickups
Don't ever buy an appliance from them! Do yourself a big favor and go to Lowes or Home Depot!! They won't keep their delivery date and no one can help you once they have your money! 3-5 business days to get your money back!! Horrible customer service, bold face lies (one sales person admitted to me that I was lied to!) and nothing for your grief! They worst all around possible experience with any store in my life!! I don't normally write reviews but people need to know what they are getting themselves into! Stay away!
On hold over an hour yesterday. No one answered. Today so for 40 minutes. When it gets to be two hours just might drive there and let them listen to the on hold Christmas music

Awful store, 0 customer service. Went in to buy a switch after seeing inventory online. No one could be bothered to help me. So I walked out and bought it at Target. I won't be back to this chain again. you lost my business
They suck beyond belief. Service people have no idea what they are doing and cannot help a living soul. Also don’t ever try calling on the phone you will get nothing but the duck and weave from an automated teller. Will never go there again. Beyond disappointed!😡😡😡😡😡
I have been trying to reach the car installation department for 3 days!! I’ve tried every prompt to try and speak with anyone with no avail!! Best Buy gladly accepted my payment for their product!! It’s frustrating to call and no one picks up in any department!!! They want our business but there’s no customer service or satisfaction!!
