We went to get phone cases and screen protectors the staff was very helpful. They were really busy but took great care of us. 👍👍👍
The GEEK Squad sucks.....Had my laptop in the shop twice this month(Once from Mar 2nd to Mar18th then the 20th to today) and they STILL couldn't fix the issue. The place they send it to their Kentucky plant must check out the people they hire as they are Incompetent at fixing the problems and reading what is wrong instead of just putting in new parts and guessing that this is the problem. I bought a camera from Best Buys Mays Landing,NJ location 2 days before Xmas. I was explicitly told that as long as I didn't insert the battery in the camera that my restock fee would be waived. I live in Fairless Hills so I decided to return it to this location. My wife opened the instruction manual and thus a 75.00 dollar restocking fee was charged. The manager says it cant be waived. This store is absolutely terrible...the employees are so rude and legit have no clue what they're talking about. Even the managers are complete morons. Will not be returning to this shithole
