Refund with a receipt they will not give back money (cash) if you use a debit card.

Best Buy Barboursville and Drew in audio install have the WORST customer service ever. We have sat for 2.5 hours in traffic updating them on our location in this traffic to make sure they will still install. Everyone we spoke to said to come on. Last call with them was at 5:59 and they said as long as here by 6:30 they would still install. Pulled in at 6:20 and he refused it. I just want to find out whether or not you carry an item in store. I've been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 20 minutes!!! 20 minutes and I have yet to speak to a single human being. I realize phone shoppers are annoying, but I live far away and before I drive all that way, I'd like to know the item I want is actually there. At this rate I could probably get it delivered from Amazon before anyone at your store decides to take a phone call. Boooooo!!!!
Love going to my local Best buy very helpful staff
Just drove 45 minutes to get my iPhone battery replaced. I was told it was too bent to replace when I got there, I couldn’t see it but they acted like it was warped bad. I was never told this could be an issue on the phone when I set up the appointment. It took them all of two minutes to say no. Thanks, won’t be back.
