I will NEVER spend another dollar in this store. We have been loyal customers for years and always felt like we could count on them. This year I was ASSURED 3 times that my kids gaming PCs would be available to pick up December 22, 2020. I call they are not, then I go in on 12/24 an hour before my family opens Christmas gifts... still not there... here it is 12/26/20 and we are told that they will not be in store until 12/29/20. So my kids had NO GIFTS TO OPEN ON CHRISTMAS MORNING AND WILL NOT GET THEM UNTIL ALMOST NEW YEARS... read more
I will not ever buy anything from this Best Buy again. I can’t tell you how customer service is because I’m unable to even reach them.
My husband and I went in to purchase a car stereo, found one that we liked, paid $1000 for it (Alpine Halo 9). Paid for the warranty. We live 30-40 minutes away. Got home, and installed it, it didn’t work. Called and have gotten the run around since. I hate this store. The employees and managers(the ones we’ve dealt with) are garbage. Someone needs to come in and retrain and redo this whole place. This is the worst customer service/store I have ever received or been to. Their in home customer service is horrible. They give you promises over the phone then there’s no record of them and nobody knows anything about it. They do not give you an option to file a complaint or speak with management. Not even an opportunity for a call back to discuss the matter. I highly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM BEST BUY AND THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wife went in to order to purchase wireless headphones. They was currently out of stock and said they couldn’t be ordered either. Seeing them online and available the wife asked why she couldn’t purchase and they explained you couldn’t order online either. So not believing a word the lazy and lying staff has said placed the order online at home while the wife was still there. Should of had it shipped to store just for laughs.
