Awful customer service. Classic bait and switch tactics. Cashier and floor associates with bad attitudes.
Went to Best Buy to shop for a lap top and a refrigerator. No employees offered to assist me so I left.
Best Buy Potomac Yards is the worst and I've found that when you purchase from them using your debit or credit card it takes forever if you have to return!!! In my case I brought a Tablet for me & a Samsung Tablet for my grandblessing....after I purchased them...the following week they both went on sale so I went back for my price modify 6days ago!!!! Awesome store and service....I inquired about an item that I wanted to purchase using my BestBuy credit card and the representative was able to tell me the rewards program that applies to my purchase
Went into the Best Buy today at 2:48 and asked for Nan the General Manager. To be informed by the Assistant Manager Emila that she was not in the store today as she was celebrating her 35th Anniversary. I told her that I needed speak to Nan about a situation regarding the NES and that Nan was making right. Having been given false information from and employee on 17 December that had me at the store in the major D.C. Ice Storm on 18 Dec 2016.
