Worst store i ever been too. the management is sorry and in the process of reporting them to there corporate office. they broke a Tv and will not take it back. Even though it was there fault. Never shopping in Best buy again

they do not honor the prices on the items on their floor it's a blatant rip-off they don't follow the laws that are written about pricing things so anything that you buy there double check the price because they will price it one thing and charge you a different one it's the old bait-and-switch it's against the law but apparently they don't care thank you Donald Trump
RecommendedI didnt get a chance to say it while I was there bc I had a bus to catch, but I just wanted to thank Joaquin for helping me out yesterday when I went to buy my PS4. He and the guy in the very front (the one you pass by the minute you walk in the door, I don't remember his name but I was there around 2:00, 2:15) were super friendly and super helpful and I appreciated it.
We like the Samsung Desk at BB. We visit when we have any problems with our Samsung devices and they are always helpful & free. This time, the BB rep was very helpful in our purchase of 2 S9+'s
First of this Best Buy is 1 star, I had to put one but it doesn't deserve not even one! I have been purchasing from Best Buy for many years now and I have bought all my electronics here and have spent several thousands here so I purchased a TV and it's protection plan for $25 and when I bought I specifically ask does this cover anything and everything and the associate said "Yes anything" so anyways the TV fell and stopped working so I go in under the assumption that I could exchange it but once I get there they slap me with... read more
The employees that I dealt with was very knowledgeable, that's the one thing I really enjoy because most of the time when you go into a store they don't even know what aisle the merchandise is in. Their prices are just high as hell, and if they don't watch out Walmart with strike again put them out of business.
I have called the store 6 times tonight to complain about a 75inch Tv that I purchased. I will never make another purchase from this store. It's clear they dont give a damn about customer service.
