Someone hacks my account, orders a cell phone and two laptops and Best Buy can't do anything for me. "We passed the information to our fraud department and they will contact you in a couple day." Days??? 2 hours on phone and passed to 6 people including the My Best Buy Points department and hung up on once and put on perpetual hold. Horrible service!
When I bought the Samsung stove at Best Buy I was worried about the knobs on the front. They told me not to worry as it has a lock. That was not true. On this $2,500 oven, the knobs don't lock. They were bumped today and accidently turned on. This started a fire. Thank God I was home and it was not accidently bumped by a dog when I was not home. If you shop here to get an appliance, do not expect timely delivery. If your appliance is not delivered when it is scheduled because the delivery service decides not to show up (on multiple occasions), do not expect for your delivery to be expedited in any way. Instead, you will be placed in the back of the system. I would give no stars if Facebook allowed it. I could go on, but there is no point. They don't care enough to fix the problems and make things right. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
Use extreme caution when dealing with Best Buy. Their customer service is one of the worst ever. I recently uncovered a tactic they use by enlisting their employees to harass customers that complain on their FB page. As a result they deleted all of my comments and won't allow me too post on their page. It's ok though. I took screen shots of everything. God this is gonna get exciting �
I own a Note 7 phone.. I went into best buy to see what some of my replacement options were (I'm not ready to give up my Note 7 just yet) basically I was shopping for a new phone.. lots of people with earpieces walking around.. no one helping anyone.. I timed it.. 23 minutes.. all the while no one is making eye contact. It was very disturbing. I'm not going back unless it's a last option.. as a consumer I have learned that my money is green and accepted everywhere in the USA..
Awesome people so professional does their Job well. Best buy is the Best.
