Best buy doesn't stand by their service plan. I bought a flat screen TV on 6/24/17 with a 5 year service plan. I just called them, waited on line for 25 minutes. They will not come to our house to do the repair. They say that if the TV isn't big enough they won't come to the house. We have to carry it into the store for them to repair it. I spoke with Geek squad and then the store manager. When we purchased the service plan this was never explained to us. I will not buy from Best Buy again.
An associate was very prompt and responsive in finding an item for me, she was awesome.

Bought an expensive brand new laptop. The salesman told me that he recommends purchasing Trend Micro Internet security to install on the new laptop and 2 more devices. Unbeknown to me, the Laptop already had a 30 day free trial of McAfee. So, why was I sold TrendMicro if the laptop was already protected???Maybe I would have decided to stay with McAfee. When someone is Elite Plus Member, they’re given a gift from their mother that spent $24.99 in cash, you have the receipt, you’re told; “they can’t return it without their mother present, it’s company policy.” This is a hassle!
