Worthless Best Buy they sure take your money but the service and installation it makes you just want to hit somebody need to get rid of those delivery people and hire some Mexicans to do the job right
In store services are 5 star, but I’ve been calling the store for an hour now and no answer. PICK UP THE PHONE�
Return a unlock cellphone because it was defected and they charge me 35$ for restocking fee. Seriously, Super pissed off.
I have always had decent service when I asked for help in the store, but today I tried to call to see if they even carry a product. After 3 phone calls and 21 total minutes on hold, I wound up getting disconnected all three times. I guess my business is not important if I don't walk into the store!! I'm not dragging my senior citizen Mother In Law from store to store to find out who has this in stock! Sorry Best Buy, you lost this sale! We'll be buying this television elsewhere.
Service sucks! Don't go!!!! Youll be sorry!
