Nobody answers the phone. Have to make appt for tech support buy nobody answers
I would leave 0 stars if possible! Went into the Waterstone location on 7/7 before they closed. Talked to an employee about a TV, was going to purchase but yet again it was closing time. Asked if I could come back the next morning, took a picture of the price on the box and left. Returned on 7/8 to find the TV had been marked up. Let the employee see the picture and asked if they could do anything. He told us corporate hated to make price adjustments and there was nothing he could do. What a JOKE! Cant call and speak with anyone. They don't answer the phones. I've waited more than an hour on hold 3 times and finally hung up for the 3rd time. Their schedule on line says 2 month wait to get my Christmas present (remote start) installed. That its completely unacceptable and winter will be nearly over meaning Ill have no need for my remote start until next year! terrible customer service waited way too long only to be told let the deal no longer was valid but still is on the internet I was going to buy a car stereo and a Chromebook there thousand dollars cash in my hand I won't be back
After waiting 30 minutes for someone to help me at Lowe’s I walked out and came to Best Buy. The gentleman in the appliance department was already with a customer, but greeted me right away and promptly got someone else to help me. I already knew what I wanted so Adam got my washer ordered and delivery set in under 15 min! Thank you for actually taking the time to help your customers!
Ryan and Katie were both extremely helpful when setting up my iPhone X. It was taking forever for my photos and videos to transfer and they problem solved until they found a solution that went much quicker! Very helpful!
Bought TV on line for $499. Didn’t pick it up on time. Won’t honor the sale. They want $599 now. Guess I won’t be shopping here when I buy all of my appliances. Or ever again.
Can I put 0 stars? Just bought a TV on Friday from Best Buy and noticed it was damaged once plugged in. Best Buy is refusing to return it and is offering no help! Basically just sorry for your luck and blaming us for damaging it. I guess things are never damaged inside a box!! I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again.
