The young staff are doing well with their customer service. Best Buy appears to be training their employees well.
Horrific. Never go here. You have unsupportive staff and you can go around the corner to office max and get the same support and computer products for $200 cheaper
My Best Buy online account said that I had over $180 of Best Buy bucks to use and they would not honor it.

My wife and I were completely scammed on a apple phone package, promised a certain monthly payment which never has been billed correctly, sold a monthly service plan which when we needed it on my sons phone, they Broomed us out the door and told us it was a Sprint issue. Sprint rep told us it was a Best Buy repair and we should have not even left the store without the phone repaired!
