I give them 1 STAR Fell in parking Lot in Front Of Best Buy. went in to ask who salts the parking lot the Young man standing as you come in to Best Buy could care less about me getting hurt or the salt for the parking lot I asked for a manager and he was worse could not care about anybody Didn't ask if I was OK he just says we don't salt the parking lot that's not our problem. just lost alot of stuff and important pictures and videos of my son due to #WDPassport From Best Buy. i bought a 4tb external harddrive and after transferring all my stuff over it and it being there and work then to turn it on the next day and it unformatted and became corrupted. Thx #bestbuy once again for selling me stuff that AGAIN made me lose a chunk of my life and my sons
Excellent customer service
They treat their employees like garbage and consistently pass over well qualified people for positions. They have had three of their employees walk out due to this
Ok but a lot of tomes if you shop around you can get same stuff cheaper
Compared to other locations, this is by far the best one! Staff does a great job displaying all price mark down discounts since other stores don't do a great job and the staff is very good at telling if you need assistance. Better than Brighton, East Lansing and definitely the Okemos location!
