I’m trying to get a simple answer to a fairly large expenditure and they will NOT answer the phone! Been on hold for over 2.5 hours with 3 calls! How’s that for service?
they talked us into a protection plan for our TV and considering that we have kids and she said it would cover accidents unless caused by animals we took it. fast forward 7 months and something hit our tv i call and they say that the plan is only going to cover normal wear and tear not accidents. so needless to say we won't be shopping here anymore after paying more for the same tv as other places and getting scammed out of money for a protection plan that doesn't cover anything.
purchased a desk top computer and Microsoft 365 personal card they give you your receipt with key code for card to down load ,well next day try to load and error pops up do some calling after geek squad cked for virus and try to load card ,told to call Microsoft well card has email attached to it already so this had to be in store hack returning before 15day policy and canceling the $500 radio also for car no more business from us .

Poor customer service! Couldn't get an appointment on Memorial Day to purchase iPad at "special pricing". Staff on phone set up appointment for the next day and said we could still get the special price. When we arrived we were told that we wasted our time driving in there because they couldn't give us the special price. I will buy the iPad and other items I wanted to purchase elsewhere.
disgusting customer service. needless to say, it won't hurt my feelings to never shop at this location again.
Your black Friday set up for a check out line is atrocious. No eye-level signs, no balloons nothing telling you where to go, unless you happened to look down at your feet and you happen to already be in the back of the store in the one spot where the line starts. 2 employees knocked into me and pushed past.
