No one picks up the phone. I've been trying to reach this location for almost 2 hours. I tried calling them directly, I tried having a rep at 1-888-237-8289 connect me multiple times and it just puts me on hold. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Not only were they able to fix my iPhone, the staff overall was really friendly and helpful!

I bought some things 1 of them was a CD. Upon opening I noticed it was cracked I went inside explained I just bought it i got a wireless receipt transaction upon giving them my phone so they can see they must of used magnifying glass to check it they were not so kind in the returning transaction as they are in the purchasing 1
They are horrible!!!! I bought a pair of Beats Studio headphones for my daughter and after charging them, they sounded bad... lots of static.. came to return or exchange them for new ones... they said No.. I have to go to Apple and return them to the manufacturer... really??? Why shop here???? I should of Just ordered them at Apple!! Super horrible customer service!!!
Tell me how I'm supposed to comparison shop for a computer when there are minimal, general specs on the display models? I'm at the mercy of one of your potato heads misleading me. Not playing. I was here with CASH to buy two computers. Good-Bye.
