I will never again purchase The Geek Squad warranty, my charger AC adapter for my laptop stopped working last night, I purchased a universal charger and it works so it's not the actual laptop is the AC adapter charger that is not working. I had a terrible experience with two deliveries I had . I had a tv stand that was supposed to be delivered to me on a Sunday & a tv that was supposed to be delivered to me on a Tuesday . I was delivered neither of those items. Let me start by explaining the tv stand situation. My delivery window was from 4-8. I went online to purchase a Maytag washing machine it was delivered today Nov. 1, 2017.When they delivered my washing machine they would not bring it to my basement they put it in my garage which is attached to my house.
