Very disappointed!! I have a later appointment, but Geek Squad is empty! They won't let me see someone now, because there are appointments scheduled... But no one is in line but me!! They made me reschedule the appointment and told me that was the policy. I buy all of my electronics from Best Buy, but if this is how I'm treated after the purchase, it makes me want to look elsewhere. Customer service was very shaky..
The way my order was managed is absolutely unprofessional and it a disgrace on the Best Buy brand.
I went to the photography class and it was very informative. The staff was great and Donald knew his stuff. Thank you, I will definitely be back.
I know one thing their customer service over the phone is H O R R I B L E !!
