So many employees behind the counter in the mobile section just chit chatting and playing in their phones and the lone of customers just keeps growing. We’ve been here going on 40 minutes already. 🙄 Should’ve ordered online.

DON'T BUY COMPUTERS THERE. I have a 6 mo. old Dell and needed repair. The Geek Squad fixed my problem but the INDIAN man that I dealt with highjacked my credit card and charged me $400 for some fraudulent repair charge (that was a week after the original $42 charge that I authorized. He presented it like it was coming from "Microsoft" - it's an age old scam with these people. DON'T USE GEEK SQUAD ONLINE SUPPORT.

Super place to shop if you want the best TV's or Cameras
Worst Best Buy ever!!!!. The manager Pedro is the worst. Please save yourself the aggravation and buy somewhere else. He has no customer service skills what so ever.
