EXTREMELY impressed with the customer service I received at this store. Multiple staff members searched all over the store for an item I was looking for and were able to find it despite a lot of the items being out of place/in different locations. Abby was a huge help and I really appreciate her going out of her way to find my item.

I was in Best Buy this past Saturday. The guys was AMAZING!!! They got me a new PC desktop. After it went dead for no reason. I even bought a new HP printer while I was there!!! I just want U to know the team at the Short Pump Best Buy was so understanding & very helpful. But I dont think it should cost $80. dollars to just get some photos off the hard drive. But I was willing to pay to get them back!!!

An employee damaged my new car while installing an auxiliary input. Had me wait for three hours and still never fixed it, offered me a few bucks for breaking the closing mechanism in my glove box which would have to be removed entirely to fix

This location has the worst customer service. Over the past couple months I've had to deal with them because of convenience. I have spent 3-4 hours handling purchases. The employees do not help peers when they are new and are having issues, they just allow them to sink in front of the customers. This was my LAST time i will visit this location. The location on Brook road is so friendly and has the BEST customer service. Maybe a few managers should go shadow this location for best practices.

Tried to exchange a camera i purchased less than a year ago, one a paid alot of money for. I have never had any trouble before but was told i would not to send it back to manufacturer.
