you canceled part of my black Friday order for NO REASON and when i called to try and figure out the problem i was told "You have to redo the order" and you "Cannot honor the price" YOU NEED 2 TREAT PEOPLE BETTER, that's what you can do... but for me i'll never spend another dollar with you greedy corp. overloards

How do you get the installation department to answer the phone? My husband and I have both tried calling several times past couple months and get transferred to a phone that just rings. We purchased a car system that needs to be installed and I cannot get anyone to answer or call back to schedule this service.
