Never buy from Best Buy Benton Harbor. Stupid people, they can't find product, can't schedule delivery, and NO ONE answers the phone after they have your money. Totally screwed up. Horrible service reps. Shop here and then buy from a reputable dealer. but NEVER BUY from Best Buy Benton Harbor. they should have negative stars for this place as one star is way too much.
Worst customer service ON THE PLANET!!! I cannot explain the bullshit I have gone through for the past FOUR MONTHS after buying my husband an autostart for CHRISTMAS!!! TERRIBLE! AWFUL! HORROBLE!! NEVER EVER SHOP HERE!
Was alot of helpful people to help me fine what I was looking for
Went to Best Buy in Benton Harbor today. I needed to replace my phone. I couldn't stand around forever. We had 3 employees walk past us and not one even asked to help as we were looking at phones. The sad part is that their were only a few people in the store yet no one assisted us. We won't be going there again!
