Made an appointment online to get phone screen replaced and were refused when wet drove 2 hours to get there. Oddly I looked Online to schedule some where else after and they appeared to have another appointment available, not!
I love Benton Harbor Mi Best Buy. They have friendly and very knowledgeable employees. I'm trying to eliminate my dependence from cable TV and they have been very helpful. Thank you guys for a job well done!
Your online ordering system is terrible. Never asks you to confirm who is picking up so then you have to wait until order is ready before you can make a change. Call the store - rings and rings. Finally 25 rings later someone picks up to tell me to call a 1888 number. Last order I will do with BB.

This store is an absolute joke. Went in to purchase a phone. Came out with nothing. Tried to contact a manager. Couldn't get anyone to pickup phone. Called corporate and they recommended going back to store. So yeah that's not gonna happen. I guess I will purchase my new $900+ S9 unlocked from Amazon. Best buy has lost another loyal customer. It's gonna be. To the point one day where you will be like Kmart, sears and other big box stores. OUT OF BUSINESS
I just came from there an hour ago and was about to spend 120$ on video games. The chick walking around in the video game section walks up huffing and puffing shaking her head upset that I looked at a stack of video games and didn’t neatly put them back how they were stacked. I said to her oh sorry I’m not done looking at those yet and picked them up and she had the audacity to say some something under her breath as she walked away. So ridiculous I will never go to Best Buy ever again.
