Che carr sold us 8 cameras and the installers only ever got 3 to work. I’ve been up to the store, I’ve texted the sales person and he says he will take back 2 at a time. They don’t work it’s ridiculous and 5 are not connected to WiFi or no battery but he sold us solar batteries and charged us for them. Best Buy used to be awesome but their customer service is in the tank. They can’t even a good phone system. Want to always on computer systems phone. This is not customer service. And when go inside no one is around to ask questions.
Best Buy practices manipulative marketing,business practices. Here’s why. On at least 2 occasions the Best Buy website showed an item was available at a specific store. “1 in stock at your store” for store pickup is their favorite hook. This is downright manipulative. There never,ever is 1 in stock.EVER. This should be unlawful. And here’s the kicker. Pretty good place nice things
I was told to leave at the door today because I was unable to wear a mask. guess what best buy, you aren't the only place that sells tv's. I will never spend another penny in best buy. I refuse to be told to wear a medical device by a cashier wearing a dirty piece of cloth on her face that probably hasn't been washed in a week.
