Extremely rude staff. Will never enter this store again.
I went to Best Buy on Central Ave., Yonkers on Saturday, 7/29/17, for a new charger for my phone. I was helped immediately, leaving after only a few minutes. Turned out, my problem wasn't my charger, but the battery. Returned to Best Buy on Sunday, 7/30/17. The person who helped me the day before came right over to help me again. He checked my phone, said it was the battery. They don't sell that battery, so he was giving me the information to purchase the battery. I made the decision to purchase a new phone. They didn't have a computer in stock so the sales person said they would check inventory at another store. The other store did indeed have it. The sales person then asked me to follow him to the register to pay for it in advance so I would be able to just pick it up. I waited with him for over 30 minutes while he kept trying to call the store. This was unnecessary. After a while he told me " I can't get through so just go there and buy it".
