I went in today to purchase a PC and printer for our home and was turned away because I didn’t have a mask on... Even though the mandate was lifted six days ago they said it was company policy. So I went next door to Office Depot and spent $1,300 and received great customer service and great products!!
Cashier freaked out because my mask wasn’t to her standards, won’t shop there ever again!
RecommendedThe Geek Squad service can work miracles. The equipment is a little better than Wal-mart. The problem is, why does the Geek Squad not have LAN connections at the front desk? It's the information age.
If you are needing new or replacement appliances (ours was a microwave), when you visit this location, please ask for Matt. He was very professional and helpful. We actually bought our microwave because of the service he provided.
I would not suggest to buy a phone here. They jacked up my activation to the wrong carrier day 1 which no one could fix and I had to figure out (locked it to wrong carrier, rep put old sim in new phone). They misrepresent their exchange policy which they don’t/can’t do with cell phones at least, only return. Also if you need to port your number then hold the device or you may be screwed out of the number and apparently ability to close the account since that device is how you prove to the carrier you are who you say. Crazy.
I came here to purchase a sound bar for my TV and I waited almost a hour and asked three different people for help and everytime they came to help they didn't know how to work the system are they directed me somewhere else even talked to the manager and still it seemed like he didn't care so now I have to drive to the park meadows store because they r the only store that has my sound bar I wanted in stock hopefully they help me better than this store did
I had a iPhone that needed the screen protector replaced due to it being guaranteed at any Best Buy. The store didn’t even Open till 11 am. I go to the cell phone department and they only have 1 guy working the department. There is 2 people ahead of me. He helps the first guy. He asks what the second lady needed and she was buying a new phone. He then asks me what I needed. I told him a screen protector replaced.
