I've legit been on the phone for almost a hour been hung up on 3 times .......... and still on hold you guys need to update your phone options as there's no way to just get to customer service ......
Try to call them after I got home to ask about the product I just bought and did not get an answer on the phone for more than 30 minutes very disappointing
Terrible Geek Squad Service I brought my customize computer in for a diagnostic last Friday, paid in advance $73.56 (mind you), and less than a day later (Sat. morning) they call for me to pick up my computer. Went to pick it up and the neophyte tech said that they don't know what the problem is other than it is bad mother board. ELECTRONIC PEOPLE THE PEOPLE IN THE ELECTRRONICS DEPARTRMENT ARE THE BEST IN ALL TIME KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THAT BEST BUY SELLS. THEY HAVE FRIENDLY SERVICE, TOO. I WENT IN THERE TO BUY A FLAT SCREEN TV NOT KNOWING ANYTHING REGARDING BRANDS, WARRANTIES, ETC., AND PETER THE SALES PERSON HELPING ME WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE SOME GOOD INSIGHTFUL INFORMATION. THE WAITING LINES IF ANY DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON WERE ALWAYS EASILY TAKEN CARE OF WHEN THEY OPENED MORE REGISTERS TO ACCOMMODATE THE CROWDS.
