They do not answer their phones!!!!!! BEEN ON HOLD A TOTAL OF 2 HOURS TODAY, STILL WAITING ON HOLD. went to the store on Oct 17th Saturday and was promised delivery of order on Tuesday, still waiting on order, listened to the recorded messages on order status and items were returned to warehouse, calledFedEx with tracking and they are unable to reroute. JUST ORDERED FROM AMAZON, WILL HAVE ITEMS TOMORROW! Never again Best buy!!!
1. greeter misdirected us to the item we were looking for. 2. someone else came up to help and was not following social distancing. 3. selection was awful. 4. we left for the very last time. will never return 5 the building will be vacant in six months.

Hi, I was looking for small smart tv for RV. Assistant from Best Buy Schaumburg Find returned item 24 inch LG Smart TV in Vernon Hills. He was make sure that item is available and I was in the 22.5 miles to pickup. Girl on the phone did not mentioned to that TV is old version with MISSING REMOTE. Probably when I'm there I will get. Geek Squad Techs are AWESOME!!!
I call Geek Squad. They tell me need to go in store they can help me. Make an appointment. I go in and they say no. Need to go to schaumburg because they have more equipment. But , even if I drive there not guarantee that it will be fixed. Two to three weeks minimum to send in for repair. So much for customer service!! I ordered the new Samsung S9+. Guess what ...im cancelling it You obviously don't need me as a customer!!!
