Honestly, I had the BEST customer service in the New appliance section. I have not shopped in Best Buy in a long time. I am not a big tech person & have not needed any household items. The new appliance section is Beautiful! Store is super clean! Customer service is great! Judy was fabulous along with Department manager Mike. When making a purchase in the future I will make it my first choice! Laid back & price matching! Even Amazon! **********
Gotta say, I was very impressed with Terrance and Dan at the Best Buy car audio department. Had a new stereo with a hands free mic installed by Terrance. Excellent customer service and in less than an hour, the new car stereo looks like it was factory installed. Thanks guys for a job well done!!
I wanted a price match on the Polk Audio FXIA4 Surround Speakers. I showed him the Amazon price and the price was matched. Speakers should be here on June 8th. The only reason that I bothered was due to my Elite Status and the point program. The award certificates come in handy.
