Horrible horrible service. Facebook friends - please boycott Best Buy. My son bought a $1100 Sony tv from them. Took it home and it didn’t work. Made an appointment with the “Geeks”. Didn’t show up. Second appointment was today. They said it was a crack in the screen and they are refusing to replace or reimburse him. I have heard they are bad but this is beyond. Please share my post.
