Sold me a piece of junk laptop I still haven't been able to use in 6 months. 4 months of back and forth with manufacturer, still nothing. They wanted to charge me to fix it.....after they sold me a defective laptop. Yeah, makes sense.
I love this bestbuy and have been shopping here for years, but today will be my last day at this location. I can't deal with Tatiana at the service desk! She's not ppl friendly at all! Put her in the back to break down boxes
Store itself was nice cashier was the worst. I had a rewards coupon I was informing him of that fact at checkout he kept repeating over and over and over if I had a rewards card obviously if I have a rewards coupon I have a rewards card. I pulled up coupon on my phone he said it had to have a bar code I asked if he could pull up on his screen he said no but then did it anyway . Bought a tablet cover but wasn't the right size. Brought it back but because I didn't bring it back within 14 days they won't take it. Now I'm stuck with it. I had a valid receipt, it was in the original package that was completely intact and they still sell the item. I absolutely hate stores that treat their customers like this. Won't shop there again if they treat customers like this.
I have worked with several people in geek squad. They have always been very helpful and courteous. Daniel in the Bloomingdale Store is very knowledgeable on Apple and HP's. My favorite sales person in the Computer area is Skylar. He is very knowledgeable! He has been there for some time as I purchased a computer off of him in 2013 and then again this week.
