I made a purchase a 78in TV the employees never plugged in or tested TV for reassurance that it properly works. They took TV out of the box and threw it in the back of my vehicle couldn’t make it fit. They took tv out 3 different times forcing it to fit and never securely wrapped TV to protect any damages and was thrown around several times. Not until we closed on our condo we’re we able to set up the tv. The first time we plugged In television a huge crack was in the middle of the screen which is the panel and never worked.... read more
Did a radio in my car great job
Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy! Bought a refrigerator for $1200, delivery guy ditched out on us. Couldn’t be rescheduled until 5 days later. Best Buy “doesn’t have any kind of discount” for bad customer service. Looks like I’ll be going elsewhere...
Horrific customer service. The manager refused to talk and handled an issue via an employee. Literally said I’m not coming up there and that’s my decision. Brandon I believe is the managers name. YIKES!! Amazon is taking out stores left and right. Customers go into stores for the customer service Amazon is lacking and then this is the customer service you deliver. Reviews are read, word of mouth goes far, and Amazon delivers same day. Food for thought....
Manager Joe was very helpful discussed pros and con for the product. It was a pleasure to deal with Matthew on OLED TV
If there was a negative five stars I'd elect for that one. After almost four weeks without a refrigerator, because the 2 yr old LG crapped out and Best Buy's repair team couldn't repair, BB finally approved a replacement, so their team shows up with a brand new dented refridge and they couldn't connect the water line. When I called the corporate # all that the rep. could say was " It's on them, It's on them we gave the authorization code to replace it, so it's on them. Such crappy customer care. I’ve been in line now for the 2nd time, this time for 30 min. I’ve been told they cant accept a return because it is from another store even though there is no reason on the receipt or online that indicated that should be the case. I’ve tried calling the original store I made my purchase from 7 times and have been disconnected each time. I am now back in line at Bloomingdale and hav asked them if they can contact the store for me. That was 30 minutes ago.
Crestin Green, the AT&T expert, was recomended to me by a good friend. I stopped by a couple of times and the sales people were unfamiliar with the high end products that i was looking for. They knew enough to find Crestin and he ordered everything i needed and gave me great service just as my friend told me he would! We are both satisfied. Last year i dealt with Paul Morell who provided excellent service and suggestions in the Stereo and Sony products Magnolia Center! Thank You for your Service!
