I first went in for a battery for my laptop but told I could order it online. But what they should have said you have the extended warranty we will get for you. Second after I bought said battery the laptop screen was flickering so I left it . Told to pick up next day.... three days later they sent it to the factory. Wasted time.
Was a real nice experience waiting in line for the NES system, everyone was courteous and polite it was freezing so we all lined up our chairs in the order in which we got there and then took shelter in our cars. Then about 4 o'clock in the morning Incomes a jerk who decides it since we're not actually standing in line even though we've been there since midnight that he gets to butt into the front… He is an employee at the store and nobody did anything!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Cell phone specialist Mackenzie straight up lied to me. I asked if my Verizon contract was over, he said it was. Apparently not since Verizon is charging me $120 early termination fee. Also lied about taxes on the phone deposit I paid telling me that he told me about it when I was in the first time. Told me a $150 down, then during the purchase on my second visit told me I had to pay an additional $54 in taxes based on the retail value of the phone. I love Best Buy for a lot of things, but a knowledgeable staff is not one of them. Dealt with a kid in electronics that guaranteed me I was buying the right thing...completely wrong! Got home and realized it was the completely wrong thing. People just don't care about being knowledgeable or providing good customer service these days. Just double check before buying anything.
it's best buy. nothing more to say. they sell inferior and overpriced stuff but it's good when you're on the go. like Gas Stations
