Broke my phone screen while putting on a screen protector and defender otterbox case but refused to admit to it so that they didn't have to replace it
I appreciate in this time of the pandemic to have to make an appt but when the store phone keeps hanging up on you for a full day......I won't be dealing with buying anything at Best Buy again. Even tried their live chat and it wouldn't work due to increased volume...for a whole day?? Worst customer service that I have ever experienced when trying to make a purchase!!!! Definitely not a store that wants me to spend my money at it!
I have purchased two washers, two dryers, dish washer, two refrigerators, microwave, and two laptops over the past 8 years but no more. The store in Colorado Springs is still restricted to sales traffic. I needed a new computer and traveled to go shopping. I was told that first I didn't have an appointment but I ould just tell them what I wanted and they'l get it.. Nonsense...all the other stores are open. I will not be back...thank goodness for Amazon

I purchased a 2-year Geek Squad protection plan for my laptop but Best Buy only honored one year of the plan. I paid for two years and only got one. I have the email confirmation and receipt but have only gotten the run-around from customer support (India or Philippines) and the in-store manager, Manny. I used to love Best Buy, but I no longer trust this retailer. Best Buy has proven its thieving business practices and untrustworthiness.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.... even got immediate help with a computer from the Geek Squad!
NEVER buy from these thieves!!! Go Amazon! Better return policy!
I normally enjoy purchasing products from Best Buy. We recently bought a washer & drier from them and all was well except for the delivery. The company they use for deliveries in Colorado Springs does not believe in arriving in the 4 hour window that is scheduled. Be warned that this could happen (twice for us) and they are obnoxious about it! They act like it's the customers fault if you can't take delivery at whatever time they decide to arrive. Very frustrating and unprofessional!
