I have never done this in my whole life but... DON'T EVER BUY FROM BEST BUY!!! I learned today that they have a 15 day policy � Who in the world has time to take something back that fast?!!! While I hate Best Buy as a corporation and won't shop there ever again, Steven in customer service here was the only person that didn't make me want to jab my eye out. He was so helpful and understanding despite the shitty corporation. Also fuck Nicki the manager of geek squad. She was so mean to me despite my being obviously upset.

It's OK. Not much in the selection of refrigerators that I was expecting. Kinda pricey too. The sales girl Christina was great with finding me information.
Fail. Received an email today stating my item won't be ready for pickup until Thurs, 12/22. I need it Wed, 12/21. Pickup was supposed to be today.
